About Us
The Old Rockville Church has been sitting in the village of Rockville for nearly 200 years. 10 of those years were empty and cold, waiting for a new life as a community center.

In 2017, after a long and complicated title search, we closed on the building. In 2018, we started the first five garden beds. In 2019, we increased to eleven beds and added a permanent greenhouse.

In 2020, we received a grant and were able to expand to 21 beds, add 12 fruit trees, and 12 new permanent residents: chickens!

The spring of 2021 brought a new well, providing an astonishing 30 gallons per minute. This season, we will be expanding to 25 beds, adding raspberry and blackberry patches, and introducing irrigation.

We anticipate our most abundant growing season yet!
